Who can view the messages sent in the discussion?

Your team members can see the messages you send in the discussion. You can tag users specifically using the '@' to ensure they receive a notification about the message. 

If you want to communicate with the client within the system, you can add them as a customer user and change the visibility on the message. Click on the middle icon in the bottom left hand side and click on the customer name to allow them to view that message.
