How do I download a photo report?

You will need to first select the photos you want to download. You can either use the 'Select All' or you can individually select the photos you want. If you want to download all the images pertaining to a certain tag, reference area, or time frame, you can do so by applying the filters. At the tip of the photos section, you can select with filters you can to apply. Then, you can choose 'Select All' and only the photos in those categories will be chosen. 

Once you have selected the images you want, you can click on the third icon on the right-hand side to download a PDF report. When you choose to create a report, you will asked if you want to allow a 'Link to Full Photos'. If you have this toggle on, it will allow for anyone with the report to click on an individual image and be taken into the Helix system, regardless of if they have a user account or not. They will be able to view the image, any of its edits/annotations, and the comments added on the right hand side. They will not be able to navigate anywhere else other than this photo.
