How do I create an estimate or ROM?

Once you have created the ROM area, click in to the Reserves tab. Here you can build out your estimate. Go through the categories of labor, expenses, equipment, etc and add in the line items. When you are adding an item, input the estimated quantities and your total will automatically calculate based on the price list for this job. Make sure you save before moving to a new category.
