How do I create a new ROM area?

In the job file, navigate to the ROM tab. Choose the 'Create New' section and then you can input the area/room information. Choose between a general ROM or not (Non-general will require more information). 

Now that the area is created, you can click into the different tabs and add your reserve (estimate), photo documentation, files, and notes.
